Hardware
Defected hardware could be returned and refunded within 7 days of receiving the product, to get a full refund, shopping cost is in customer expense, proof of payment and original packaging is mandatory for the hardware return.
Service
If the service is not delivered in an identified acceptable level which is identified in the contract then, a full refund is possible if the claim is within 30 days of the start date.
Service Cancellation
Upon a request of cancellation, the customer is requested to complete the current month then starting the next month, service will not be billed.
